Welcome to Archbishop Williams High School!

Choosing the right high school is the first of several important steps towards a successful future. It is a time when you must choose a path that is right for you and will allow you to develop the lasting interests and values that are necessary for your journey ahead. The path you choose may not be the easy road, but instead, may challenge you to begin your quest for a definitive sense of self.

Since no single path is right for everyone, Archbishop Williams High School offers students a refreshing alternative. Since 1949, we have provided a Catholic, co-educational and college preparatory education for our students. It is a superb, educational experience based on Christian values. Our academic execellence is founded in small classes, multi-level courses, a curriculum reflective of SAT content and writing across the curriculum, and cutting edge technology; all within the context of an affordable tuition rate, a convenient location and the cleanest high school in all of Massachusetts! We also have a dedicated Campus Ministry program and an exciting variety of co-curricular activities and athletic opportunities.

As a student of AWHS, you truly can go anywhere from here!  Our graduates have become corporate executives, bank presidents, professional athletes, Olympians, Ambassadors, doctors, lawyers, teachers, craftsmen, champions, and more!   At AWHS we are serious about success. We compete to win and strive to succeed. There are two cases in our gymnasium lobby.  They contain nothing less than state championship trophies; and our next trophy will need a new case!

Many AWHS alumni send their children here because they want the best for their sons and daughters. They have experienced first-hand our strong tradition of excellence and deep foundation of values.
