Easy Ways to Help AWHS Raise Scholarship Money!
Here are three simple ways that you can help AWHS raise money for the general scholarship fund, which benefits our current students!
Shaw's/Star Rewards Card
Just by shopping with your Shaw' Rewards Card on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, you can earn money for AWHS!
Here's how:
Log on to www.shaws.com/communityrewards
Click "Shoppers" to register your Rewards Card by entering the card number and your telephone number. If you experience problems, contact Shaw's directly by calling 1-877-932-7948.
What organization would you like to help? Please enter Community Rewards ID #49001022081 for Archbishop Williams High School.
Once you have registered, when you shop on the days noted above and use your Rewards Card, 1% of your eligible purchase total will benefit our school.
Stop & Shop Card
Starting October 9, 2009 through March 25, 2010, Archbishop Williams High School will earn cash through the Stop & Shop A+ Bonus Bucks Program.
All you have to do is:
- Log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register online or call 1-877-275-2758 to register your card over the phone.
- Please be sure to register your card to benefit Archbishop Williams using ID # 05712
- After you register your card, each shopping trip where you use your Stop & Shop Card earns money for our school!
Raise money for AWHS every time you search the web
GoodSearch.com and GoodShop.com
When you search the web be sure to use GoodSearch (instead of Google, for example) and they'll donate a penny to AWHS for each search! The link that directly benefits AWHS is http://www.goodsearch.com/?charityid=904188
If you shop online, use this same site, which links to www.goodshop.com, a site that includes more than 600 merchants including Best Buy, Amazon, Home Depot, Zappo's and more.
So you don't forget to use this site consider making www.goodsearch.com your home page. If you prefer, we have added the GoodSearch logo on the AWHS website so you can also search or shop through that link. In the "Who Do you GoodSearch For?" box enter Archbishop Williams High School or our ID #904188.
IGive.com and iSearchiGive.com
Similar to GoodSearch and GoodShop, iGive and iSearchiGive.com donate a portion of each purchase and search to AWHS. You can use this site to search or shop online. Follow the two steps on the iGive "Welcome" page: Find and Select Your Cause and Register with iGive.
Think about this: If 1,000 people used either GoodSearch or iSearchiGive.com twice a day for a year, AWHS would earn $7,300. You simply select our school from the list of organizations, then tell all your friends and classmates.
